You may return new unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping. We only refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error.
If an item is damaged, and the driver is still there, ask for an inspection report and have the item taken back. The customer is responsible for inspecting all merchandise upon receipt. Damages because of shipping must be reported within 7 working days of receipt of product.
We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for open or used products.
If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of merchandise and shipping charges.
Crediting your refund:
Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you an email stating the amount we are crediting your credit card. Please allow 10 business days for us to process your return. It may take up to two credit card statements for your credit to appear.
